ECIIO OF BOMBAY RIOTS Received Thursday, 11 a.m. LONDON, July 17. A court-martial at Bombay, has sentenced Commander F. W. King, commander of H.M.S. Talwar, where the Indian Navy ratings mutinied in February, to be dismissed from his ship and severely reprimanded, reports Reuter's Bombay correspondent. King was found guilty of neglect in failing to immediately investigate and settle a complaint, and he was found not guilty of using insulting language.
