"Sweet And Law-Down," opening Thursday at the Regent Theatre, stars Benny Goodman andnis band, Lynn' Barl, Jack OS,kie and Linda Darnell. 'A tensely dramatic atmosphere pervades "Siient Witness," the Monogram underworld drama the second attraction at the Regent Theatre on Thursday, and this rnood is preserved to the flnal fadeout. The pieture is interesting, and some of its sequences are unusually thrilling. Frank Albertson, Maris Wrixon, Bradley Page and Evelyn Brent head a cast which is excellent. The storv hy Mgrtin Mooney is filled with dramatic-- situations and thrilling incidents, and builds ap to a clever climax which is tuite unusual, ' Also showing the flnal chapter of "Master Key" serial.
