N.Z. BOWLING ASSOCIATION

At the' annual meeting of the N.Z. Bowling Associacion Mr. Chas. R. ingram was elected as secretary and the president invested him with the badge of offlce. It was resolved that the annual levy be the same as last year, viz., 6d for each active and honorary member, subject to a rebate of 25 pcr cent. if paid before December 31, 1946. The Wellington members of the council were appointed as the executive for 1946 — 47. The executive were appointed as the tournament committee, with power to add. After considerable discussion February 4 was fixed for the opening day of the New Zealand tournament, which is to be held in Wellington in 1947. Mr. J. T. Parry, 6 Rixon Grove. Wellington (Telephone 55-139). was appointed official -bowl tester.
