About 150 Germans freed the leader of a black-market gang whom two policemen had arrested, says Reuter's Dortmund correspondent. The arrested man was a'ppady in a police car, when a Mrd attacked the policemen and v >k\ the man. Police reinforcements dispersed the crowd and arrested several.
