LEVIN LADIES' ACTIVITIES

- The Levin Ladies' Club's rose bowl competition has reached the final, which will be fought -out by Miss Ilosie and Mrs. Ryder. This should prove a very good match, as both players are at present playing good golf. The July L.G.U. competition, played last week under favourable eonditions, resulted in a tie between Mrs. Hastedt and Mrs. Frederikson. Next Wednesday will be a free day, and players in the first round of the Aratangata Cup are requested to take this opportunity of ploying their matches. Owing to fcho condition of the links, it has been decided to allow placing for cliis competition. There will be nj competition for C' grade players next -Saturday. • . , •
