WILL BOYCOTT INDIA PLAN Reeeived Tuesday, 10.30 a.m. LAHORE, JULY 15. The Sikhs, at a . ' representative meeting, again decided unanimously to boycott the Constituent Assembly, thus reversing their decision of July 11 to partic-ipate in the Assembly. On July 10 a Sikh co'nference decided to boycott the Assembly and approved a sub-committee recommendation to have nothing to do with the constitution-making body. At the last minute they appeared to reverse their decision by flling nomination papers for the Assembly before the deadline.
