COAL SHIPS MAY BE HELD UP AGAIN
WESTPORT, July 13. The lioldup of shipping in Westport took a serious tuni this morning when u meeting of all seamen from vessels in port was held to consider the lindnig of the special tribunal set up in Wellington to consider claims for improved heating and lighting on coastal ships while in port.
