Received Saturday, 11 a.m. LONDON, July 12. The Higher Arab Committee has sent a note to the Palestine High Commissioner, General Sir Alan Cunningham, urging that the leaders of the Jewish Agency and other Zionists organisations which are aiding and supporting the" Jewish resistance movement (Haganah) , the Jewish terrorist organisation (Urgun Zyai Leumi) and the Stern Gang, shouid be brought to trial befor.e military courts, reports Reuter's Jerusalem correspondent. The committee added that it might be appropriate to accord special treatment to some members of the Jewish Agency, but the committee was unable to understand why the arrested Jews nad not been tried as hundreds of Arabs tried in 1936 were still imprisoned.
