Artificial rain is being used in an eii'ort to keep the war crimes courtr--oom cool, the water ' beating against the windows from a holed pipe running along the whole lengfch of the courtroom. A swim.mng pool has been built and has just been opened in front of the CuUit buildings. The court sat this afternoon in eamera.
