THREE WEEKS' STRIKE OFF
INDIAN TEA PLANTATION LABOURERS Received Tuesday, 10.15 a.m. LONDON, July 8. Reuter's Colombo correspondent reports that 90,000 Indian tea planation labourers, who were striking .or three weeks as a protest against he Government's alleged denial of civil rights to estate labourers, have deeided to return to work in deference to the wishes of the Indian Mational Congress.
