TJNTOUCHABLES PLAN DIRECT ACTION

Received Tuesday, 11.15 a.m. BOMBAY, July 8. The Untouchables throughout India would take direct action as a protest against the British Mission's proposals, said the secretary of tne Cast's Federation, Mr. P. N. Rajbhoy. He added that the campaign would begin j at Poona on July 15, when mem- ! bers of the federation would defy I the ban on demonstrations and processiohs.
