Snead, Bulla and Rees were leading with 215 at the end of the third round, both Bulla and Rees erashing in the (inal round, taking 79 and S0 respectivelv. Loeke ruined his remaining chances by taking ilve lives in the last six holes. The leader at the end of 36 holes, Henry Ootton, did not produce his earlier form and Iinished with a final . ronnd of 79.
