This is the inost delicate nioment of India 's history and we must be prepared to face new probleius. We are now faced in India witli a grave t'amine and manv economic problenis. Our bonotir has been assailed in South Africa wliere there is rampant discriminatiofi against our nationals. We are up against all kinds of imperialism whether British or any other."
