Chopped Apples; 3 oz. Cake Crumbs; 1 oz. sugar; 2 oz. seeded raisins; h teaspoon Vanilla Essence. Grated rind and juice of half a Lemon. 1 beaten egg. Roll the Fether-Flake out into a square. Mix other ingredients well together; spread on one-half of paste; fold over other half. Bake in a fairly hot oven for half an hour (reduce heat) ., When cooked cut in squares. Fether-Flake is freshly made by Adams Bruce only and sold straight from the- refrigerator. Allow j Fether-Flake to stand a while Ibefore using.
