The ligures are tho higliest reeorded for six weeks. This is the second time Oamaru has wou the peanant for the district showing the most improvement. Committee headquarters issues a special appeal to districts at the bottoni of the list to put their. weight into the efl'ort of the next few weeks. It feels a little stronger response froin the second half of the table — Invercargill, New Plymouth. Wanganui, Thames, Dunedin, Whangarei, Greymouth, Wellington, Westport and Auckland — would result I in ligures being nearlv doubled.
