Cranmer, whose county is Warwickshire. It was, Cranmer who dropkieked a field-goal early in tlie seeond spell iu tho match Uetween New Zealand and England at Tivickenham. Up to that stage, England wero leading by 6 to 0, two tries bvr OboJensky. The All Blaek forwards werc playing magnificently and tho position was far from hopelcss. Cranmcr's snap goal from a sporadic. attack put a dilferent coinplexion on it. Tho othor iiugby ceJobrity is W. Woollor. baclc from several years as a P.O.W. in the Far East, and now playing cricket for Glamorgan. WooIIcr was the All Blacks' evil genius in their match with Wales.
