QUIET NIGHT REPORTED
Eeeeived Monday, 12.17 a.m. JERUSALEM, .Tune 30. .Jerusalem was cjuiet throughout the night. Jewish workers this morning went to work as usual. The curfew is being maintained in the area around the Jewish Agency Building except for a five-liour period wherein shopping is allowed. The Jewish Agency building is still oceupied by troops and cannol be approaehed. Armoured ears, bren earriers, radio cars and other militarv vehicles are standing by in the surrounding streets while a number of vehicles is standing inside the barbed wire barrieade around" the building. The key eenti'e of Jerusalem is the special eommand post of the British In fantry Brigade less than 50 yards from the Jewish Agency building. Machinegun posts eover all approaches to thibuilding.
