The State Attorney, Mr. William ' Tuohy, has announced that fmgerprints on a Suzanne Degnan ransom note co- • incided with finger and palin prints of William Heirens, aged 17, a Chicago university stu'dent detained for questioning regarding a burglary. Suzanne Degnan was lcidnapped on January 7. Parts of her body were subsequently " found showing she 'had been dissected by a person skilled in anatomy. Heirens was arrested after a severe struggle last Wednesday night with the police who said they found him prowling in an apartment building. The police said they found in Heiren's home a snitcase full of warbonds pnd other articles and also a leather kit containing surgical ipstruments.
