Eeceivcd Friday, 7 p.m. LONDON, June 27. Tlie American "West Coast cliampion, T. Brown, scored a substantial.win over Segura, of Ecuador, in tlie tliird round of tlie Wimbledon singles championship. Brown 's textbook ortliodoxy forced Segura into many errors. Brown maintained a brilliant flow* of strokes 1 h rougliout. Tlie Australians, I'ails and G. Brown, again had easy wins. The American Kramcr Jost only one game against tlie i'ole TloCzynski. Kramer so far lias dropped only five games in tliree matclies compared with tlie Australian Brown 's six. The Midlander, A. J.
