Meanwhile Colonel Sexton, Ameriean attaehe at Teheran, has returned from Tabriz and reported that, after flying to Tabriz, he and three aides, ineluding Captain Archie Roosevelt, Theodore Roosevelt's grandson, were unexplainedlv imprisoned there for eight hours by Azerbaijan democrats. America is protesting to the Persian Government.
