Received Saturday, 10.10 a.m LONDON, June 21. British "troops made a minute search for arms in the British Potash Company's workers' settlement of KaIIia,'says the Associated ! Press of Great Britain's Jerusalem correspondent., After a two hours' seafch of 5500* men by 300 troops, three detonators, one tommy-gun and a magazine of half a ,dozen smoke bombs were recovered. Troops cordoned off the settlement and the Potash Cpmpahy's pflant, and' gathered all the ernployees into a mess hall. They then took them group by group to another hut, where they were searched and questioned. The "discovery of a large caehe of arms camoufiaged with piping was . made within the Palesfine Potash Company's plant on the north ,.hore of the Dead Sea. The police nave arrestea S. Swerdloff, the works manager, and have requested .he' works dijection to report to military headquarters for interrogation.' •
