Motoring through Balmoral, Mouiit Albert and the western sulmrbs, the Governor-Geiieral and Lady Prevberg reached Western Sjinngs settlemeut shortly after 11 o'clpck. It was a surprise for ihe residents and more so for one, AlrS. T. Brown. who came from the back part of her house to find their Lxcellencies on tlie doorstep with the earetakcr of the cainp.
