Received Thursday, 7 p.m. BRUSSELLS, June 19. The Swiss stratosphere halloonist, Professor Piccard, is preparing. to explore the hed of the Atlantic 2\ miles helow the siirface next spring. He will go down in an electrically driven steel suhmarine lahoratory called the pathyspliere. Professor Piccard will coliect specimens on the seabed while an assistant, Max Cosyns, makes a hlm record through glass portholes.
