NI.- Ongley) observed tliat it was a questiou Avhether the Union should haudle the matter. or the New Zealand Union. - He added tliat as far as he could see no liarm could come from such pools. It was meutioned that the Football Association had already docided to make application and tlie cliairman nioved tliat a sub-cominittcc consisting of ilessrs T. Kilpatrick, U. Dawick and J. Eaglo go into the scheme put fcfward by Kia Toa and report to tlie union. This was agreod t'o without discnssion.
