More than 8000 children between the ages of six monlhs and se\-en years received their lirst iujection- wlien a 12 weeks' diphthoria innnunisalion cam paign conducted by the Health Department in 'conjunction with Ihe I'riii.di Medieal Association, opened in 84 Au -kland schools on Haturdav morning.
