Saturday's Games In Horowhenua
With Athletic the first round winners, the Horowhenua senior rugby championship entered its second round on Saturday. Foxton, Shannon, Hui Mai and Otaki all opened their points accounts in low-scoring games. This latter was due to the fact that rain during the day made grounds wet, and spoilt playing conditions.
