WELLINGTON, June 12. This decision was reached after a prolonged discussion this morning at a1 meeting of the- Patriotic -Fund Board. Regret was expressed at the luisunderstandfing that had ~ariscn following -the ' publication of the board ;s original-jproposal and it was statod many resolutions had been passed by in- ' torested" bodies based ' on niisconceptions. .
