The death oceurred of the stallion Oold Kod during the vovage from Sydnev to Wellington. Gold Kod was bought at an auetion at the Sydney Kaster saies by Mr. W. H. Russell, Hawera. It was intended he should re-])bu-c Solicitor General * who was soid recently to an Australian breeder and who arrived at Trentham yesterday to await shipment.
