IRENE'S FASHION FORECAST
Respecting women's fashions, Irene, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's dcsigner, forecasts that "our daytime skirts will be longer, and longer — almost to the ankles by autumn; hemlines will be uneven, shorter in the front, and fitted white broad tail jackets, evening gowns cut on Grecian lines, smail, severe hate, and suits with matching waistcoats will be worn by smari women."
