OPPOSITION TO PALESTINE REPORT.
Received Tuesdav, 8.50 p.m. LONDON, June 10. The council of the Arai) League is now considering plans to call an Arab people 's eongress as the third of the series of Arab political manifestations against the Palestine Committee's report says Reuter's Damascus eorrespondent. The intention is to demonstrate the full rejection of the report by the Arab Kings, Governments, and peoples. The Arab Tvings have alreadv met in Egypt. and tlie Governments are rcpresented at the present meeting at Bludan. .Tamal Husseini, who sponsored the proposal, suggetted that the congress meet at Bagdad in ffi e autumn. The council 's political suh-committee re.ieeted a proposal to establish a pfovisional Arab Government of Palestine from one of t*he neighbouring Arai)' countries.
