After the Moslem League vote j. wherein there were only 19 negatives j •among more than 300 members, a j draft resolution supporting the Bri- j t-ish proposals wi'll be- placed before a j _ Council meeting today. This is the first of three final ver- I dicts on the British plan. The final : answer from Congress is not expected yet .as the Congress working commit- j tee does not meet until June 11. The 1 Chamber of Pnnces' Standing Com- -j mittee will hold a session tomorrow. j i
