Received Thursday, 7.50 p.m. LONDON, June 6. A British flying boat capable of alighting on sea and land with eqnai facility, is annoiuiced by Short Brothers, the makers of Empire and Simderland flying boats. Known as "Sealand," the craft has an undercarriage for alighting on land which retracts intc the side of the hull. A prototype being built is expected to fly by next April.
