Received Friday, 11.50 a.m. LONDON, June 6. For the first time in history, the 280 coachmen, footmen, valets and other members of the Royal household staff have formed a trades union branch. A wage agreement for them has been drawn up between the Civil Service Union and the Treasury, giving wage inereases up to 30 - weekly.
