Accordiiig to Hastings reports Typhoon 's tasks at present are only trotting and eantering, but he is receiving plentv of tliat class of exercise. The big Defoe gelding looks a pictuve of health and condition and all agree tliat lie never earri»d the blooni nor the condition tliat he does now. ■ It is an accepted fact tliat he is a brilliant galloper so tliat next season it will greatlv surprise if he is not one of the Dominion's best handicap performers.
