Hart suffered a fractured slcull and it is believed he met his death a f ew hours prior to the time his body was found. I Hart also suffered facial wounds. J The police consider it is possible he fell from the balcony of the Nurses 't Home. An electric lift iu the Home bad failed during the evening. A cable conveying power to the lift was found ' to be brolcen in tlie morning. It is thought likely Hart broke the cable as he fell' from the balcony. The poFice understand Hart was unknown to resi-i dents of the Nurses' Home. He was married with an adult family.
