Received Monday, 9.5 p.m. LONDON, June 2. The Admiralty has devised a> cap which sailors won't he ahle to wear flathack, says the Daily Telegx*aph's ■ naval correspondent. The new cap, which is already "being issued, is oval in shape with an internal leather hinding. The cap is more comfortahie and overcomes the sailors' argument for wearing their hats at the back, th?A the old caps were all round while their heads were not.
