Received Monday, S p.m. » MELBOUKNK, June 3." - An Australian National Airways Skymaster is staiuling by awaiting oiliciui advice that the interini Paciflc air kolvice betwoen Syduev and Sun Franciseo may begin. Thirty-six passengers have bceu warned to be ready to go at 24 hours' notice and the 'plane will take off 24 hours after receipt of approval. The deeision is dependent on an oflicial agreciuent to a proposal put up by Australia Jast week, that the rights for oue return fliglit per fortnrght be granted by Aiuerica to Australian i»tcriiu operators, pending the conclusion of negotiations for an Air Rights treaty between the two eountries. Australia is wiiling to allow interiiu rights to an Ameriean company to terminate in Sydniy.
