Mr. M. T. Phillips, whp recently spent a fortnight's holiday with his son, Mr. R. fM. Phillips, of Poplar Road, has returned to his home in Stratford. Mrs. Gregory is spending a holiday with her son in Dannevirke. Mr. and Mrs. Morgan, Senr., of Palmerston North, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. "Gordon Simpson, of Campbell's Road. ; Miss Pam Wilton, who has been the guest of her aunt, Mrs. Bert Wilton, has returned to her home in Feilding. Mr. and Mrs. Young and family have returned home from a motor trip in the Waikato. Mr. and Mrs.' R. S. Stewart, of Palmerston North, have been the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Sid Claridge, of Makerua Road. Mr. F. Ball, who recently arrived from England, is the guest of his cousin, Mr. P. Hocking, Makerua Road. Misses Gwen and Sally Bi.bblecombe have arrived home after spending a holiday in Wellington. Mrs. A. Williams and her daughter, Ione, of Te Awa, were recent visitors to Mr. and Mrs. Lankshear, of Poplar Road. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson and daughter have been holiday-making in Wellington. The Misses Joy, Pam and Betty Cave spent their school vacation in Wellington. Mrs. V. Claridge and Miss Borrie have returned home after spending a holiday in Nelson. Mr. and Mrs. Barnes have been holiday-making in Christchurch. The friends of Mrs. G. Larsen will i be pleased to hear that she is mak-l ing good progress after her recent' operation. Mr. A. E. Olsen, of Poplar Road, is visiting Auckland.
