NO ANGLO-AMERICAN BLOC
Received Tuesday, 9.50 p.m. WASHINGTON,? May 28. Although Mr. Byrnes declined to cornment, officials belittled Mr. Molotov's contention that an Anglo-American bloc had waged an olfensive against the Soviet in Paris. They declared the Ameriean delegation never acted on previous agreement with Britain. In fact the conference record showed frequent differences between vthe British and Americans on important issues.
