ANNUAL MAORI-PAKEHA GAME A rugby match of considerable interest will be played on Monday, June 3, on the Shannon Domain. It is the much-awaited Maori versus Pakeha game and besides being a racial match it will also give the selector an opportunity of seeing the best footballers in the district in aetion, thus enabling him to choose a senior representative team.' The teams to play are as follows: — Pakeha. — Backs: Pedergon, Aitchison and Mortimer (Shannon) ; Gordon (Otaki) ; Henson, Galloway and Blenkhorn (Athletic). Forwards: Bartholomew, Corbishley and W. O'Don'nell (Athletic) ; Roy and Ray Robinson and B. McCashan (Hui Mai) ; Pratt (Shannon) and Miles (Rahui). Emergencies. — Forwards: Blanche (Rabui) ; H. Ellison (Shannon) and P. Morgan (Wanderers). Backs: Fuller (Shannon) and Page (Hui Mai) . Maori. — Backs: H. Ropata, Seymour, Warren and Sciascia (Wanderers) ; G. Cook (Hui Mai) ;• A. Hakaraia and G. Johnson (Otaki). Forwards: M.
