DISPERSAL SALE

Mr. C. Aislabie reported satisfactory prices. realised at his dispersal sale, held on his farm at Makerua; on Monday. Bidding was spirited and buyers were present from the Wairarapa, Feilding and Ashhurst. , Mr. Aislabie's herd comprised Jersey stock and prices realised were as follows: — Dairy cows, due June-July, £10 10s, £11, £12; due July-August, £11 10s, £12, to £12 19s; a good line of Jersey heifers .sold for £10; weaner heifers, £6 10s to £6 15s; Jersey bull, £9; yearling bull, £14. Pigs sold well, sows to farrow bringing an average of £6 and store pigs from 12s to 22s. Two horses realised £26 and £11. Implements: Top dresser, £15; Fordson tractor, £95; mower, £15; drill, £10; plough, £12; sledges, £6 and £8. .The sundries, tools, etc., all brought good prices.
