' A I farewell gift was sent". to Miss i Caterer, who is leaving the district. Aiways a willing and cheerful worker her presence will be very much missed by all. Afternoon tea- was served. Gen'e.ral pleasure was expressed at the way the vicarage alterations are going forward. Mrs. Rickells sent an apology for absence. The cheery presence of Nurse Hodder, the district nurse, is missed by residents. Nurse Hodder had the misfortune to fall breaking one leg and spraining the ankle of the other.
