ITpliam, Y.C. and Bar, arrived at Sydney by fiyingboat from Xew Zealand today on bis vvav to England for the Victory Parade on June N Captain Ppliarn sail he had not wanted to go to London for the parade because he was too busv on his farm but had been prevailed upon to do so by the Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser. "I am sick of erowds and the fuss that people make over iny decorations," said Captain U])ham. The New Zealand Iligh Commissioner, Mr. .T. G. Barclay, met Captain Ppliarn at the fiyingboat base at Rose Bay. Captain Ujiliani will leave for England b}- Lancastrian airliner tomorrow night. i
