^ - AUCKLAND, May 27. A marked revival in passenger travel between New Zealand and the Pacifle Islands, is taxing shipping to a great degree. Auckland is now the only terminal for the Islands trade and two ships are running out of port. Tlie Union Company's motor ship Matua aud the Government ship Maui Pomare are both leaving and arriving with accommodation fully booked. Compared with her standard accommodation for 48 passengers, the Matua is now carrying 115 travellers, additional spaee be- • ing provided in the lounge and trunkway and by fltting extra berths in the cabius.
