WELLINGTON, May 28. The number of towns consistently iobtaining their weekly qtmtas remains at a high level. Last week 245 places recorded quota successes. All the principal centres were successful and in nineteen of the twenty postal districts the full district quota was attained. Thirteen local areas-Jiaye iiowj reached or exceeded their full , annual quotas, the latest additions) being Middemarch, Tapanui and j Cromwell in Central Otago, and Ward in Marlborough.
