WOMEN'S DIVISION

OHAU BRANCH MEETS The usual monthly meeting oi the Ohau branch of the W.D.F.U. was held in the Ohau Hall recently." Mrs. Benning took the chair in the absence of the president (Mrs. J. Kilsby) . A considerable amount of business was discussed, after which a very dainty afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Mpsdames Guerin, Honore, Greenwood and Goldsmith. Mrs. L. Whiley gave a very interesting demonstration on ^afia work. Apologies for absence were received from Mesdames McLeavey, Kilsby, Hogg, Junr., Taplin A. Crowe and Coulson. There was also a display of werrirr and useful clothing for the Lady Oalway Ouild. The afternoon competition was won by Mrs. Frew. A very pleasant meeting was hrought to a close with the singing of the National Anfhpm to the accompaniment. of Miss Trim.
