RUSSIA CONFISCATES BOOKS IN GERMANY Received Saturdav, 11 a.m. BERLIN, May 24. The Russian Military Govern-' ment announced that .it has listed 13,000 books to be confiscated under the Allied directive to destroy anti-democratic literature.
