Anotlier regulation in the aniendmcnt preserves the right of reinstatement of memberS of the Women 's Land Service which was originally part of the Eiuergency Keserve Corps. The position of incmbers of the educational service of tlie K.X.Z.A.F. is also safeguarded. The first incmbers of tliis service were cngageil for some three nionths in a civilian capaeity but later thc service was incorporatcd in the K.X.Z.A.F. Thc amendnicut inakeiit clcar that thc regiilations. apply so as lo require a worker 's reinstatement by j the exnployer by Avhom he was employed before bcginning as an iustructor in thc Air Force. Tliero are also regiilations relating to ccrtaiii classes of workers whosc riglit to prouiotion is govcrned in p'art by seniority in tlie service of a partieular eni))loyer. 'J'hey preservo tlie right of reinstatement with seniority so that thc worker does not lose seniority as a roxult of liis military service, tlie basis--adojited -being that where tliere have been largc mnnbers taken on to fill vacancies during the war,';fhe iinal ad;justment of the stalf will be that the last takou on are to be the iirst to go off.
