The niother of the chihl said that on April 5 her son apparentiv went througn ihe fence into the home of Mrs. Bodford. She went into the sunporch and deceased was holding a sau-or contain , ing fiy poison. She asked him if he had ; swallowed any and when he replied that Ihe had, she took liiui; straight to his ; niotlier. A verdict was returned in accordance with tlie medical evidence that the child died of arsenieal poisoning following tlie ingestion of 11 v poison.
