Sir, — Yesterday a Wellington daily newspaper contained an advertisement of the Levin Borough Council, inviting industrial firms to • consider Levin as a centre for their activities! I suggest, Sir, that before the council takes' such action, they make amends for past neglect and immediately put in hand a sanitation scheme. Talk has occupied the stage for years, and procrastination and delay have been the rule. Now let the council provide an elementary amenity. When this is done it will be time pnnnp'h t.n invit.p nntsiders. — I am.
