HORACE E.

HERRING.

I suggest, Sir, that before the council takes' such action, they make amends for past neglect and immediately put in hand a sanitation scheme. Talk has occupied the stage for years, and procrastination and delay have been the rule. Now let the council provide an elementary amenity. When this is done it will be time pnnnp'h t.n invit.p nntsiders. — I am.

Levin, May 21.
